Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kanz1" refers to the kanz1 platform, its operators, affiliates, and any subsidiaries involved in the delivery of gaming services accessible via kanz1.club.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service provided by kanz1.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the kanz1 platform.
• "Platform" means the kanz1 website, mobile interface, applications, and any related digital product through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Services" includes all sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, bonuses, promotions, and support services offered by kanz1.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which kanz1 accounts are denominated for players in Pakistan.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions as being expressly forbidden on the kanz1 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kanz1 platform, registering an account, or using any kanz1 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the kanz1 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or betting markets.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kanz1 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the kanz1 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a kanz1 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. kanz1 enforces strict age verification and will request identity documentation to confirm your age at any point.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, partnerships, and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by kanz1 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended kanz1 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the kanz1 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

kanz1 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any time if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kanz1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. kanz1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify kanz1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. kanz1 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your kanz1 login credentials with any other person.

Any activity conducted through your kanz1 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to kanz1 prior to that activity occurring.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kanz1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered exclusively in the name of the kanz1 account holder.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kanz1 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. kanz1 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in your account cashier.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. Players must have successfully completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is approved. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts typically settle within a few banking hours on business days.

• kanz1 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of prior verification status.
• Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met before any withdrawal is approved.
• kanz1 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account, except in cases where the original payment method is no longer available, subject to enhanced verification.
• Third-party payments — deposits from or withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

kanz1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your kanz1 account in accordance with the conditions stated in the relevant promotion. kanz1 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits pending verification of eligibility.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unmet wagering requirements or unclaimed bonus funds upon expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• kanz1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already counted toward a requirement is preserved for players who have already activated the bonus.
• A Player may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between kanz1 accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used as collateral.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the kanz1 platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, or slots. These product-specific rules are available within each game or market interface on the kanz1 platform.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all kanz1 products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. kanz1 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly provided for in applicable product-specific rules (e.g., in-play market voiding due to match abandonment).
• kanz1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered or settled due to a technical or human error, including manifestly incorrect odds. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• For cricket and other live in-play markets, kanz1 may suspend markets at any time at its sole discretion. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under applicable rules.
• kanz1 sets maximum win limits per event, per market, and per account. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. kanz1 reserves the right to adjust stake or payout limits on individual accounts where irregular patterns are detected.
• RNG slot and table games on the kanz1 platform use certified random number generation software. Results are statistically independent of prior outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future results.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kanz1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud & Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another individual; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; systematically exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format available on the kanz1 platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple kanz1 accounts or across multiple operators in a coordinated manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is deemed to exploit kanz1 pricing errors.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to access or interact with the kanz1 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using the kanz1 platform — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. kanz1 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Underage Gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the kanz1 platform by any person under the age of 21.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the kanz1 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade names, text, interface designs, data compilations, and odds formatting — is the intellectual property of kanz1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kanz1 platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kanz1 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any kanz1 software or game engine.
• Use the kanz1 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, including affiliate promotions, without a signed agreement with kanz1.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the kanz1 platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of kanz1 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law. kanz1 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kanz1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the kanz1 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kanz1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. kanz1 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

kanz1's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their kanz1 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by kanz1's negligence.

Account Suspension & Closure

kanz1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed to kanz1.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kanz1 support via live chat. kanz1 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and return any verified real-money balance accordingly.

Responsible Gaming
